FAYOSE REACTIONS TO THE VICE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE


Former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, has commended the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Vice Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, for demonstrating a high level of understanding of issues relating to the economy at the Vice Presidential debate which held in Abuja on Friday.
DAILY POST had reported that on Friday night, five candidates contesting for the vice presidency, engaged in a debate.
Those who participated were, Yemi Osinbajo (APC) Peter Obi (PDP) Umma Getso (YPP) Alhaji Abdulganiyu Galadima (ACPN) Khadijah Abdullahi-Iya (ANN)
Their responses and opinions drew mixed reactions from Nigerians.
Reacting, Fayose on his official Twitter Page wrote, “Delighted that our VP candidate, Peter Obi demonstrated high level of understanding of issues relating to the economy of this country.
“In PDP, we have brains in abundance, while in the other party, they have lies in abundance. We will surely get Nigeria working again.”

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has condoled with the People’s Democratic Party (PDP)  over the death of some of its members following a fatal accident on Otukpo-Agatu Road in Benue State while travelling for the campaign flag-off of a senatorial candidate on Friday. Few days ago, Nollywood actress, KC Ejelonu, recently took to her Instagram page to share a post about how no hospital in Nigeria had a particular drug she needed urgently to treat a condition she was suffering from.  The screen start who said that the federal government should pay more attention to the health sector in the country, added that the first time she had a nasty encounter with the medical system was when her leg was almost amputated. A British tourist in Thailand claims he was drugged and robbed after he tried to take two women back to his hotel for a threesome. George Leece, 56, said he was walking back to his room in the early hours of Saturday when he began chatting a “beautiful” women and her friend on the street in Pattaya. George said he invited the women back to his room expecting a night of fun before his onward journey to Manila, Philippines. Man Arrested For Allegedly Raping Lady In Lagos.

A 37-year old man, Chucks Okeleke, has landed in trouble after he engaged a 26-year old lady in a sex romp in Mushin area of Lagos and was arrested by the police for rape. The lady alleged that the suspect, Okeleke, penetrated her during the romp that lasted for some time before she realised herself. The police did not state how the romp turned into assault after Okeleke had engaged the victim in the act. Police sources alleged that the suspect lured the victim, got her confused by touching her breasts and engaged her in the romp having made her lose control. Thereafter, when she realised that Okeleke had penetrated her she went to the police and reported the alleged assault on her. The suspect was arrested and charged before the Ogba Magistrates Court for sexual assault which is statutory rape under the law.
